1. How long does shipping take?

  • India: 7–14 business days.

  • International Orders: 14–31 business days (depending on destination and customs).

2. Do you provide tracking information?

Yes! Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking details will be uploaded and sent to your email.
You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.

3. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

4. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we’ll be happy to replace it. Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. What if my package is delayed?

  • For orders below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.

  • International shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination.

8. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
